Is lunch included?
Lunch is on your own, but your guide will recommend a restaurant based on your group’s preferences. There are some great options here, such as a historic tavern where George Washington bid farewell to his troops or perhaps inside a bank vault from 1904 with 35-ton doors. If you have any dietary restrictions, just let us know and we can accommodate.
How much walking is there?
At some stops, we’ll be stepping out of our luxury car to explore on foot for an immersive experience. These stops usually last up to 30 minutes.
What are the hotel pickup and drop-off areas?
Pickup and drop-off for NYC hotels located in Central Manhattan (from 3rd Avenue to 10th Avenue and from 59th Street to Water Street) are included. If you’re staying in a hotel outside of this area, please contact us after booking and we can advise on availability. There may be an additional charge.
Will I have a dedicated tour guide?
Yes, this experience includes a separate private driver and a tour guide, so your guide can entertain you while your driver focuses on the road.
Is this experience good for kids?
Yes, this experience is family-friendly, and guides can tailor it for your group to make sure kids are included. Because we travel by car, every person needs a seat, including infants. The vehicle doesn’t come equipped with infant car seats, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. We offer a 100% refund or the option to reschedule up to 72 hours before the experience start time.
Is this experience accessible?
Yes, this experience is accessible for wheelchairs as long as you can comfortably get in and out of the vehicle. The wheelchair can be folded and stored in the back during transport.
