This private, curated day trip from Paris to Normandy gives you the opportunity to discover D-Day’s historic sites and hear stories from your guide that enrich your visit.

In a comfortable, climate-controlled vehicle, we’ll travel to Normandy. It’s about 3.5 hours each way, and we’ll break at the halfway point for a rest stop. Once there, we’ll explore the Utah Beach Landing Museum inside a preserved German bunker. You can also tour the Higgins Boat Monument and the Utah Beach Memorial with your guide, who will share about the events, decisions, and individuals who shaped this pivotal moment in history.

We’ll pause for lunch in a historic wartime site reborn as a brasserie. The restaurant serves crowd-pleasing fare alongside French classics like boeuf bourguignon. You’ll also have the opportunity to try Normandy cidre, selecting from either a crisp brut or a sweeter doux to suit your taste.

At the Normandy American Cemetery at Omaha Beach, discover the visitor center and its insightful permanent exhibition, including a film about the American forces in World War II. You’ll have plenty of time to explore the cemetery before returning with your guide to Paris, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel.
