Begin your day strolling the Mercado de Triana, one of Seville’s oldest markets, far from the beaten tourist path. Your private guide will introduce you to the local flavors of Andalusian cuisine along with the longstanding tradition of Spanish gastronomy.
This sets the stage for your next culinary experience — crafting an authentic Spanish meal.
Working in a modern kitchen near the historic market, you’ll receive hands-on instruction from a certified professional chef who will guide you through each step. Your three-course meal begins with a soup (salmorejo or gazpacho) and includes a flavorful side, such as flamenco eggs, cod fritters, garlic prawns, or spinach with chickpeas. The star is a magnificent Valencian paella, which can be prepared vegetarian if you wish.
Finish with a light dessert, varying by season, such as lemon sorbet, beautifully paired with cava. In between assembling and cooking these dishes, you’ll prepare a refreshing, fruit-forward sangria.
Then enjoy your meal with your private group along with the drinks of your choice. You’ll also receive a digital recipe card, allowing you to recreate this memorable experience at home.
